The Solar Panel is a 6-volt mono-crystalline solar panel charger. To save electricity, the panel uses the sun's energy to charge the built-in rechargeable battery and supply constant 6V power to the camera. The internal solar panel battery can also be charged by using the DC charging port.  It comes with mounting hardware.

Please Note: we do not recommended to use this Solar Panel Power Supply with the UOVision UM565 or UM595 model cellular cameras if they are deployed in locations of high volume activity. We recommended only to use this Panel when cameras are sending less than 15 photos max per day because these Cellular cameras consume more power than non- cellular cameras.

We recommend using the following power supplies if using these Cellular cameras in areas of high volume activity:

12 x AA high quality Alkaline or Lithium batteries.

12 Volt 7.0AH SLA battery with UOVision 12/6 volt cable (note – with this set-up an accessory solar power charger can be connected to the 12 volt SLA battery) or an external 6 volt power supply connected to (240V) mains power socket will also work.
